Shipping & Returns



Shipping is calculated depending on the weight of your parcel, in order to be fair as possible we have weighted all the products we offer for sale. This allows us to calculate our charges on the basis of current Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery. Our shipping rates also include a small charge to cover packaging and handling.

All products are usually shipped within 1 ~ 3 working days of ordering. If ordered before noon Monday to Friday your order will usually be shipped the same day. Please allow 7 ~ 10 working days for your parcel to reach you (athough our parcels usually reach you within 1 ~ 2 working days).

In the unlikely situation that your item/s is not in stock, we will contact you immediatly and ask whether or not you would lik us to issue you a refund, despatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.

We inspect everything before we ship so you will not be disappointed. We also ensure your order is well packaged to prevent damage in transit. However, if you recieve something from us that is damaged when you recieve it, then simple, we will put it right for you (usually by replacement). All we ask is that you contact us first and let us know what the problem is and then we will give you instructions on how the return is to be made.
It is very rare that a customer needs to send something back. However, if your recieved goods are not as we described them on our website or are not fit for the purpose for which they were sold, then we will accept them back for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The only proviso is that the goods must be in exactly the same condition we sent them to you; unopened, unused,undamaged and with any seals or shrink wrap still intact.

Because we go to great pains to make our descriptions and photography accurately represent what we sell, we regret that we cannot refund any postal charges, we also advise you to send any returns very well packaged to prevent damage, and to use recorded delivery method, so that we sign for their receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods you send back which are not received or are damaged in transit.
